Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Providence, Rhode Island. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
CDBG FY2022 Sidewalk and Roadway Improvements The City of Providence Department of Public Works (DPW) seeks contractors to perform sidewalk repairs and roadway improvements under the City's Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) sidewalk program. Project work is located in Wards 6, 9, 10, 11, and 15. Work includes, but is not limited to, new sidewalk, full frontage sidewalk repairs, spot sidewalk repairs, resetting/furnishing curbing, construction of accessible curb ramps, driveway aprons, horizontal saw cutting, utility patch restorations, installation of concrete planters, installation of speed lumps, and all incidentals to complete the work. A list of proposed repair and improvement locations is included in the Appendix. All questions or comments concerning the bidding of this project must be submitted in writing as prescribed in Section 2 of the Instructions to Bidders by Friday, July 29, 2022 at 3:00 pm. Bidders are responsible to monitor the website for addendum. An addendum acknowledgment page is included in the Bid Instructions.
