The intent of this solicitation is to establish an Agreement with multiple qualified plumbing contractors to provide plumbing services to Osceola County Buildings and Facilities on a Task Authorization Basis. The Contractor shall provide continuing plumbing services supporting Osceola County buildings and facilities ona per-project task authorization basis, to include, but not be limited to, new installations, renovations, upgrades,and projects consistent with plumbing work. Plumbing projects will include, but not be limited to, new installations, renovations, upgrades, and projects consistent with plumbing work as described herein. Projects will be Competed on a per-project basis among the pre-qualified plumbing contractors on a task authorization basis. The task authorization process is described in Attachment"N","Task Authorization Review & Approval Process" attached hereto. Contractors will be selected per project based on lowest price and their ability to meet project schedule.Plumbing projects will typically be of a larger value. Projects with a value of upto $150,000.00 will be submitted to the County Manager for approval. Projects exceeding $150,000.00 will be submitted for consideration by the Board. This does not preclude the County from completing a task authorization process for small projects consistent with the scope of service described herein. Project has been cancelled.
