As of August 3, 2022 , this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on August 11, 2022. Licensed by State of Tennessee for Building Construction for projects of this type and scope. Minimum 60 day Bid Bond for 5% of bid payable to Lenoir City Schools. 100% Performance and Payment Bond Interior renovations for this Lenoir City High school Gymnasium are currently underway. The Notice to Proceed under that contract was issued on July 5, 2022 and that project is to be completed by April 30, 2023. The Project consists of adding a complete air conditioning system for the gymnasium space and all related and required demolition and renovation work including reroofing, plumbing, mechanical and electrical work as shown in the construction documents.
