The project is being bid a single prime contract: (1) General Construction- Roofing. Scope of the project includes but is not limited to the removal of existing corrugated metal roofing panels, asphaltic roofing, gypsum drywall board and batt insulation. Reuse the existing structural beams, purlins, and roof decking; provide new metal roofing, spray foam insulation, and ceiling system. This project also contains hazardous material abatement and removal. Alternates shall include replacement of overhead door and LED lighting upgrades. Any bid may be withdrawn without prejudice prior to the official bid opening time or any publicized postponement thereof. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive any informality in the bidding. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days subsequent to the opening of bids without the consent of the Owner.
