Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Grand Junction, Colorado. Completed plans call for the construction of a 240,000-square-foot, three-story above grade educational facility.
Plans call for the construction of a brand new replacement high school to contain performing arts, gymnasium, kitchen, cafeteria, classrooms, and administrative spaces. The project will also include student and staff parking areas, soccer field, tennis courts, baseball field and football/track field. Bid package #4 includes the following trades: This bid package includes the following trades: Roofing, Skylights, Storefront, Overhead Doors, Framing & Drywall, Operable Partitions, Gym Equipment, Roof Cranes, Stage Equipment, & Kitchen Equipment. See Instructions to Bidders for previously awarded trades and trades to be awarded in future bid packages. Contact to the owner, owner's rep, or architect, may result in disqualification from project participation. Direct all inquiries to the construction manager. Estimate = Total Project Construction Cost Estimate Summary Project Description: The existing Grand Junction High School will be replaced with a new facility. The new building will be constructed on the same site as the existing building and will be three stories. The existing school facilities will remain in use throughout the construction project.
