Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Prince George, British Columbia. Conceptual plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
City of Prince George (the "City") invites bids from qualified contractors for the supply of materials, labour and equipment to install the security enclosures and electrical components for the "2nd Ave. Parkade", located at 1370 - 2nd Avenue and "Plaza Parkade" located at 1051 - 5th Avenue. The 2nd Ave. Parkade is to have existing materials removed and replaced with new concrete curbs, concrete masonry units (CMU) and steel walls as well as new chain link fencing with doors/gates. The project will include electrical revisions. Plaza Parkade is to have new security chain link fencing installed at the back perimeter of the Parkade. New exit doors/gates will be installed for the existing tenants. Documents can be obtained from https://princegeorge.bidsandtenders.ca/ Cancelled, no bids received.
