Email submissions subject line must read Demolition and Clearance Quotes and the contractors license number. No quotes received after 2:00 PM will be considered. If an email bid is received by 2:00 PM that cannot be opened by the Town's software, it will not be considered. The Town of Smithfield reserves the right to reject any bid.
