Site work for a water / sewer project in Savannah, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project generally consists of the replacement of an existing 16-inch force main with a new 16-inch force main. The proposed 16-inch force main will tie in to the new 16-inch force main from phase I of the project on Sallie Mood Dr, cross Eisenhower Dr, and continue along Agonic Rd to the tie-in point. The existing force main shall remain in service while the new force main is installed. The new force main will include approximately 1,185 LF of PVC pipe installed by open-cut, approximately 980 LF of 18-inch HDPE pipe installed by horizontal directional drill, air release valves in manholes, fittings, soil erosion control devices and other related appurtenances and work. Note: This shall be a unit price contract. Quantities are approximate and payment shall be for actual in-place work measurements. Questions Due Date: Aug 11th 2022, 2:00 PM EDT Estimate of $170,000 - $190,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
