The Virginia Department of Transportation (herein referred to as "VDOT") is soliciting bids from qualified firms to perform bi-annual inspection, maintenance and repairs, in accordance with specific manufacturer's recommendations, on fabric covered roofs of chemical (salt/ sand) storage buildings in the Northern Virginia District. This solicitation will result in a Time and Materials type contract. To perform bi-annual inspection, maintenance and repairs, in accordance with specific manufacturers recommendations, on fabric covered roofs of chemical (salt/ sand) storage buildings in the Northern Virginia District. TERM OF CONTRACT: The contract period will be from 1 year with the opportunity for four (4) optional, consecutive one-year renewals.
