County of Shasta ("County"), Department of Public Works, is seeking Statements of Qualifications ("SOQs") from qualified firms (the "Proposers") to provide on-call Grant Administration; Design and Engineering; Environmental Analysis and Documentation; Planning; and Construction Management; and Consulting Services at the Fall River Mills Airport (O89) (the "Airport"). The potential projects are likely to be subject to federal, state and local funding processes, may be accomplished during the course of multiple grants, and may involve local approval prior to commencement. As a result of this competitive selection process, County may award one or more Agreements for on-call services for each of the categories of services covered by this Request for Qualifications (i.e., (1) Grant Administration; (2) Design and Engineering; (3) Environmental Analysis and Documentation; (4) Planning; and (5) Construction Management Services). Each such Agreement for these services will have a term of five (5) years from the date of execution of the Professional Services Agreement (the "Agreement"), and selection will be conducted in accordance with Federal Aviation Administration ("FAA") Advisory Circular 150/5100-14E and the County's contracting procedures. Proposers should be aware that resultant agreements will be awarded based on not-to-exceed amounts and some of the services may not be required during the term of the agreement. The County reserves the right to initiate additional procurement action(s) for any of the services included in this procurement process.
