Site work for a bridge / tunnel in Hagerstown, Maryland. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.
The City of Hagerstown is requesting a price proposal from your firm for 2022 Bridge Guardrail Repairs, Contract No. 22-GR-17. The proposal shall be to furnish all labor, equipment and materials to complete all the necessary work related to this Request for Proposal. The Project entails the maintenance of traffic at three (3) locations; removal of existing traffic barrier; installation of traffic barrier, end treatments and reflective delineators in compliance with current MDSHA standards; and other related items necessaiy to complete the work Payment shall be made to the contractor upon satisfactory completion o fthe work, as deemed by the City Engineer. By entering into this contract, the contractor agrees to provide a 100% warranty for a period on ONE (1) year against material or workmanship defects and will fully replace the defects at the contractor's cost and the City Engineers direction. The contractor shall provide Insurances to protect the City of Hagerstown per the attached Insurance Requirements for Independent Contractors. The City of Hagerstown reserves the right to reject or accept any or all Proposals submitted, either in whole or in part for any reason within its absolute discretion and to re-advertise ifit deems necessary. The City further reserves the right to waive any informalities.
