Site work for a water / sewer project in Newark, Delaware. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The improvements consist of furnishing all labor and materials to fulfill the requirement of DelDOT's Phase I MS4 permit to complete water quality improvements within the Christina River watershed. This project consists of approximately 1,600-LF of stream restoration of an unnamed tributary of the Christina River, located in the Robscott Manor subdivision. The stream restoration will treat stormwater runoff from 12 DelDOT-owned storm drain systems. Follow other incidental construction in accordance with the location, notes and details shown on the plans, and as directed by the Engineer. All work on this contract must be complete within 308 Calendar Days. The Contract Time includes an allowance for 50 Weather Days. It is estimated a Notice to Proceed is issued such that work starts on or about April 17, 2023. paper bids, contact DelDOT at dot-ask@delaware.gov or (302) 760-2031 to request a CD for bidding, required forms, and instructions.
