Caltrans is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms that may lead to the award of a contract for on-call Roadway Construction Services Construction Engineering, Inspection and Scheduling for Alameda, Contra Costa and Santa Clara Counties. This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) will require the submittal of an electronic PDF file of the Statement of Qualifications (SQQ) as stated in Section IV "Submission of Statements of Qualifications (SQQ)". The work shall be performed on projects to improve the State transportation system throughout the counties of Alameda, Contra Costa, and San Mateo in California within the limits of District 4. The specific location of the work to be performed shall be identified in each Task Order. Unless modified by Addenda, RFQ Requirements Question & Answer (Q&A's) must be received no later than seven (7) business days after RFQ advertisement. 22.2 % DBE GOALS Participation required Estimated contract amount $4,000,000.00 - $6,500,000.00. The estimated contract term is three (3) years Please refer to the RFQ for goal requirement and Attachment 1 for licensing requirements for this contract. It is the responsibility of the consultants/subs/vendors to identify teams that may be submitting an Statement of Qualifications. The Department has no way of identifying companies or entities that have downloaded the project documents for teaming purposes. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time
