Alex Park Phase 2A (Site 1 and Site 2) complex in its entirety is a twin tower, multiple occupancy mixedused development consisting of shared below grade parking levels, podiums with retail and commercial daycare uses and 2 mid-rise residential towers. Dundas Alexandra Park Residences Inc. is the owner of land known as Site 1 and TCHC is the owner of land known as Site 2. The extent of this Contract is bounded by the boundaries of Site 2 where Site 2 is known as Atkinson Apartment where Deltera Contracting Inc. is the Construction Manager for TCHC. Toronto Community Housing Corporation (TCHC) is seeking a Contractor for the provision of Building Automated Systems (BAS) services at Alexandra Park Phase 2A Site 2. TCHC will be awarding the Project to the highest, final, ranking Proposal. This work is categorized as Building Automated Systems (BAS) work.
