The RFP seeks competitive proposals from qualified Firms to provide services for upgrading audio, visual, and virtual meeting capabilities in the Michael L. Brokaw Auditorium, located in the ACHD Headquarters building at 3775 Adams Street, Garden City, ID. ACHD is looking for an integrated system for controlling and streaming meetings in the auditorium, allowing in-person and virtual attendance and testimony Although participation in the Pre-Submission Meeting and Proposal Workshop is voluntary, prospective respondents are encouraged to attend as it will be the only opportunity, aside from written inquiry and/or clarification requests, to obtain important information concerning this procurement. All answers to inquiries will be posted on the ACHD eProcurement Portal. Bidders may also click "Follow" on this Proposal to receive an email notification when answers are posted. It is the responsibility of the respondent to check the website for answers to inquiries and addenda. ACHD will respond to questions and clarification requests requiring an addendum via a Final Addendum issued to all Bid Holders on or before4:30 pm on Thursday, July 28, 2022. ACHD has prepared the RFP Documents and copies must be obtained from the eProcurement Portal. ACHD reserves the right to reject all proposals or reject any proposal not conforming to the intent and purpose of the Contract Documents whenever such action appears to be in the best interest of ACHD. Award of a contract pursuant to this procurement may be delayed, without penalty, for up to sixty (60)calendar days after the date of submission.
