Locations of through lanes, ramps and paved shoulder surfaces are shown in Appendices. Cleanup cycles will be scheduled to commence on Monday of every other week. Weather permitting, each cleanup cycle must be completed with-in 4 consecutive calendar days. All litter and debris removal included, but is not limited to, trash, tire debris, vehicle parts, tarps, lost cargo, metal, junk, and any other debris that are unsightly or could pose a safety hazard or cause damage to vehicles.
