Description

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Marysville, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The project consists of building a new sewage pumping station on a site owned by the City and generally consisting of the following aspects: A pump building along with a smaller building to house the biofilter. Major equipment associated with the facility include dry-pit submersible pumps, bioxide chemical feed system, biofilter odor control system, standby generator, onsite utilities, site development and paving, landscaping, and related systems. The Work will be substantially completed within 390 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run
