Renovation of a mixed-use development in Reserve, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and office development.

Bids received after the above-designated date and time will not be opened and will be rejected. This project will consist of asphalt shingle roofing, wood framing & sheathing repairs, and ceiling tile replacement as detailed in the documents. The Contractor performing the work must be licensed with the State of Louisiana Licensing Board as a General Contractor. Bids received from Bidders without this license will be rejected. All work must be substantially complete by 60 days from the NTP. ANY PERSON REQUIRING SPECIAL ACCOMMODATIONS SHALL NOTIFY THE OWNER OF THE TYPE(S) OF ACCOMMODATION REQUIRED NOT LESS THAN SEVEN (7) DAYS BEFORE THE BID OPENING.
