Installation in accordance with City specifications (will provide scheduled on-site demonstration of installation procedures and specifications) 4. Must verify service address before installation 5. Must check for leaks at the water meter after installation 6. Must complete Service Order with required information and return to UB 7. Must follow all installation instructions and orders from the City only and not from the homebuilders or their representatives 8. City will provide water meters and radio transmitters at its expense 9. Licensed plumbing company to provide labor/tools for installation and transportation to City Hall and job sites 10. Licensed plumbing company to guaranty its work for proper installation of water meters and related services 11. The City, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to determine when to issue service orders for the installation of water meters or to stop work 12.
