Renovation of a municipal facility in Dalhousie, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 9,000-square-foot municipal facility.
In general, the Work consist of restoring 9000 sq.ft. of western red cedar exterior cladding, columns, shingles, exposed under-roof ceilings and millwork. Work includes wood preparation, pressure washing, sanding and applying three (3) coats high performance penetrating stain system. Bid documents may be obtained only at the office of Boissonnault McGraw, 334 Dover Street, Campbellton, NB E3N 3M6, Tel.: (506) 789-1225, upon depositing the sum of fifty dollars ($50.00) HST included per Bid set in the form of a Certified Cheque, Cash or etransfer, payable to Boissonnault McGraw. Cost of Bid Documents is non-refundable. Bid Documents will be on display at the offices of Boissonnault McGraw, Eel River Bar Band Hall and at the Construction Association Offices of Moncton, Fredericton and Saint-John. Only Bidders who have obtained the Tender Documents directly from BoissonnaultMcGraw shall be eligible to submit a tender for this project. Bids must be accompanied by the required amount of Security Deposit in the form of a certified cheque in the amount of ten per cent (10%) of the tendered price. Certified Cheque shall be made payable to the Eel River Bar First Nation.
