The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service (ARS) Foreign Disease-Weed Science Research Unit (FDWSRU) located at 1301 Ditto Avenue, Frederick MD 21702 has a requirement to repair the existing CMU kneewalls on Greenhouse 1303. The existing greenhouse is 35' x 102'-6" ft (3,588 sf),. Repairs include replacing damaged/cracked CMU, repointing damaged or missing mortar joints, preparing all exterior CMU to receive new coating material and application of the new exterior coating. Solicitation 12305B22R0017 is issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP). The solicitation document, with the incorporated clauses and provisions, is issued in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Parts 13 and 36 and will be incorporated in the awarded firm-fixed price order.
