Renovation of a medical facility in Homer, Alaska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
The Kenai Peninsula Borough hereby invites qualified firms to submit a firm price for acceptance by the Borough for South Peninsula Hospital Roof Replacement. The project consists of the following: Provide all labor and materials to replace two sections of roof at the South Peninsula Hospital, 4300 Bartlett Street, Homer, Alaska. This contract is subject to the provision of State of Alaska, Title 36, Minimum Wage Rates. The subsequent contract will require certificates of insurance and may require performance and payment bonds. 08/04/2022 09:00 PM EDT : Q&A DEADLINE: AUGUST 4, 2022 BY 5:00 PM. If my bid is less than $100,000.00, I agree to omit a Bid Bond. If my bid is $100,000.00 or more, I agree to provide a bid bond.
