Site work for a water / sewer project in Auburn Hills, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The approximate quantities of major items of work involved are as follows: Approximately 12,300 feet of 10-inch and 900 feet of 18-inch sanitary sewer cured-in-place-pipe (CIPP) lining in various locations around the City of Auburn Hills. Project also includes associated lateral reinstatement, grouting, restoration, and manhole rehabilitation. No pre-bid meetings are scheduled for this project. Bid Security in the form of a Cashier's Check or Bid Bond for a sum no less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the Bid will be required with each Bid. The OWNER reserves the right to accept any Bid, reject any Bid, or waive irregularities in Bids. No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) calendar days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of the Bids.
