The Port of Houston Authority ("Port Houston" or the "Port Authority") is seeking a consultant or consulting team to perform construction materials testing ("CMT") services during a project (the "Project") for the construction of Container Yard 1 North and Middle at Port Houston's Bayport Terminal. The Project consists of paving approximately 40 acres of both roller compacted concrete and jointed reinforced concrete. Other work includes the installation of high mast lighting, drainage, and utilities. This project consists in the testing of construction materials installed by the contractor in the project for Container Yard 1 North and Middle at Bayport Terminal Questions regarding the submittal procedures should be directed to Ms. Yvette Camel-Smith in the Procurement Services Department at (713) 670-2460. The Port Authority reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. In case of ambiguity or lack of clearness in any proposal, the Port Authority reserves the right to consider the most advantageous construction of, or to reject, the proposal. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
