The Yavapai-Prescott Indian Tribe (YPIT / Owner) is requesting proposals from qualified Contractors (Arizona Licensed and Insured) to provide construction services for parking lot paving services for the rear of Phase 1 located in the Frontier Village Shopping Center. Phase 1 - Rear Asphalt work Remove existing asphalt behind Phase 1 as shown in RFP exhibit. Install new valley gutter from the rear of Suite 27 to integrate with existing gutter, while maintaining existing drainage flow. Areas with bad substrate, remove bad soils, install and compact 6" ABC. Repave with 4" MAG C 3/4 asphalt over aggregate base, while maintaining existing drainage. All new edges to match existing pavement and at the west drive entrance, asphalt curb used as water diverter to be reinstalled. All existing utility structures within the area of work shall be raised to match finish grade. Stripping - Provide parking lot stripping over new asphalt areas, stripping plan to be provided at pre-bid meeting. Drainage at trash enclosure identified on map adjusted to allow for positive flow to existing valley gutter. Include price to install delivery ramps at the rear of the current restaurants, provided at pre-bid meeting. All proposals will become the property of the Owner, Yavapai-Prescott Indian Tribe (YPIT). Selection will be made based upon a combination of qualifications and price. YPIT is not responsible for costs incurred by respondents for preparing proposals. Decisions made by YPIT are final.
