Bids Shall Include Supplies and Labor to Repair the Chiller at the Middle School. The Leak is Believed to Be in the Evaporator Coil. It Has a Dual Refrigeration Circuit and Refrigerant is Going From One Circuit to the Other. The Relief Valve Leaks on the One Circuit. The Repair Involves Recovering What is Left of the Refrigerant in Both Circuits, Replacing the Head Gaskets and O-rings on the End Bell, and Pressurizing With Nitrogen. If No Migration of Nitrogen Occurs the Leak Should Be Fixed and Project Can Proceed With the Recharge of New R410a.
