The overall objective of the work associated with this project is to conduct condition assessments of Tunnel 4 and Tunnel 5 at Gardiner Dam. The assessments will determine the condition of the structures to ensure that the facilities are operating and maintained in a safe and reliable manner. Inspections will be primarily underwater and will likely require combined use of a dive team and ROV equipment. WSA is a Treasury Board Crown corporation within the meaning of The Crown Corporations Act, 1993 (Saskatchewan) that is governed by The Water Security Agency Act (Saskatchewan). WSA is responsible for water management in the Province of Saskatchewan, which includes managing the Province's water supply, protecting water quality, ensuring safe drinking water and the treatment of wastewater, reducing flood and drought damage, protecting aquatic habitat, and managing 72 dams and related supply channels. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this time.
