A. The Synthetic Turf Replacements project at Portsmouth High School shall include: 1. The demolition of existing site features to include, but not limited to, the existing synthetic turf and other appurtenances as detailed in the contract documents. 2. The reconstruction of the synthetic turf field and other appurtenances, as detailed in the contract documents. 3. The restoration of any items damaged or destroyed by encroaching upon areas outside the Project Site. 4. Providing and restoring, where appropriate, all temporary facilities. 5. All other work indicated on the contract plans and/or specifications. The intent of the Contract is to provide for the construction and completion in every detail of the work described. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation and supplies required to complete the work in accordance with the terms of the Contract. The Contractor shall be required to conform to the intent of the plans and specifications. No extra claims shall be allowed for portions of the work not specifically addressed in the plans and specifications but required to produce a whole and complete project, such work will be considered subsidiary to the bid items. This project consists of the replacement of Portsmouth High Schools Turf Field.
