Interested persons can obtain the tender documents only through the electronic tendering system for the Montreal region at 514-856-6600, or outside toll free at 1-866-669-7326. Site visits are MANDATORY for all bidders. Before filing his Bid , the TENDERER must visit the places of performance of the Contract. A visit per batch (including several installations) is planned. Only BIDDERS who have made this visit are eligible to submit a Bid for this lot . Tenderers who wish to receive information or clarifications regarding the call for tenders must do so in writing at the latest three (3) working days before the deadline set for the receipt of tenders . Only suppliers with a business office in Quebec or in a province or territory covered by an intergovernmental agreement and holding the required licence(s) are eligible to bid. A supplier registered in the register of enterprises ineligible for public contracts (RENA) and whose period of ineligibility for public contracts has not ended, is not eligible to submit a tender; this case of inadmissibility also applies to the tenderer's subcontractors. Tenderers are responsible for the choice of subcontractors, both for their solvency and for the content of their tender; and must inform them of the conditions they intend to impose on them and ensure that they hold the required permits and licenses.
