The Contractor shall perform furnish all labor, equipment, materials and supplies to replace emergency and exit lighting in Village Hall. The work shall include the following tasks: Replace all Emergency Lights (Type1) in building approximately 22 units with Dual-Lite EV2 or equivalent. Replace all Exit Signs (Type 2) in building approximately 17 units with Dual-Lite EVEURW or equivalent. Replace all Combination Lights (Type 3) in building, approximately 21 units with Dual-Lite EVCURWD4 or equivalent. Replace selected four-foot fluorescent surface mount fixtures in stairwell with RAB VXLED13DG or equivalent, 6 lights The Contractor shall provide for a certified third party electrical inspection, the cost of which shall be included in base price. Question Acceptance Deadline 08/05/2022 04:00 PM EDT Bids shall be made on the Proposal forms furnished with the Bid Documents. A Bid Bond, Certified Check or Bank Check in the amount of 5% of bid must accompany the bid proposal. Bidders who submit certified checks must accompany them with a Consent of Surety from a recognized Bonding Company. Checks shall be made payable to the Village of Pleasantville, New York and are to be held by Village as a guarantee for the proper execution and delivery of the Contract and bonds to secure the faithful performance thereof. Proposals shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope clearly marked on the outside as "Replacement of Emergency and Exit Lighting in Village Hall, Bid #2022-4, Village of Pleasantville, New York."
