Renovation of an educational facility in Lexington, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 34,000-square-foot educational facility.
Project scope consists of but is not limited to fit out of the shelled space as an enabling initiative associated with the upcoming Modernization and Asset Preservation projects. The fit-out will include centrally scheduled classrooms on two floors and lab surge spaces on the third floor plus a penthouse as required to support the fit-up. The Jacobs Science Building was completed in 2016 and included approximately 34,000 gross square feet of shell space.
