Design, Supply and Installation of Playground Equipment at Lazy Dolphin Neighbourhood Park, West Whitby Community. Respondent shall be the manufacturer of the playground equipment being proposed or an established business partner of the Manufacturer. Proposal shall include one design option which shall serve the two (2) year to five (5) year age group and the five (5) year age group to twelve (12) year age group that best suits the Town of Whitby's requirements. Respondents are requested to ensure their proposal submission will provide maximum user interaction and play value Location: Unaddressed, Coronation Road, Whitby, ON. (South of Taunton Road and East of the newly constructed Coronation Road) Background: Lazy Dolphin Neighbourhood Park is a new park located in a newly developed residential subdivision within the West Whitby Community. There are currently no playground amenities in the surrounding, growing community. The park design concept has been prepared and provides a defined area of the development of the play facilities. This Proposal is to cover the design, supply and installation of new playground equipment in the proposed play area footprint as shown on drawing.
