In this context, the Western Quebec School Board is launching the call for qualifications for Professional Services in Architecture for Building Maintenance Projects - 22510B001 Territory The architectural firms that have qualified will be called upon to work in our schools in the Outaouais region and in the Abitibi-Témiscamingue region (see the site https://westernquebec.ca/map for more details ). Type of projects The mandates awarded to qualified bidders will mainly be for building maintenance projects. The average annual budget for our building maintenance project is $6 million and the average amount of our projects is $400,000. Qualified architectural firms will also be awarded ad hoc projects. These projects can be requests for advice, feasibility studies or small projects. These projects will be distributed in rotation to all the architectural firms selected. Creation of the bank of architects Bidders' documents will be analyzed and evaluated by a selection committee. This committee will evaluate each of the firms according to the quality evaluation criteria and will assign a percentage result. Firms that obtain 70% or more will be retained and will be part of the bank of architects. The result obtained will determine the ranking of the firm in the bank. Thus, the firm with the highest score will be ranked first, the firm with the second highest score will be ranked second and so on. In the event of a tie in the result, a draw will take place to determine priority.
