This event is to bid for a one-time purchase for the Tennessee Department of Environment & Conservation. This is a request for bids for a Contract to furnish all material, equipment, supplies and labor to perform the items listed in the Description of Work. All work shall be completed by December 1, 2022, unless an extension is approved by the Facilities Management Regional Manager. A. Remove and recycle/dispose off-site of existing dock, fingers, and gangway. B. Provide and install a new 40-foot x 40-foot floating platform with composite decking. Freeboard to be 24-inches. C. Provide and install a new 4.5-foot x 30-foot gangway with composite decking, handrails, and hinges. D. Provide and install new 2-inch x 12-inch pressure treated banding and new tie-off cleats. E. Provide and install four new custom corner winch stands, two new custom dock winch stands, six new 1/2 -inch stainless steel cable assemblies, and four new 6,000 lbs. to secure the dock. F. Provide and install six new MY-TE Model AC36B Max electric winches and an electrical control panel with quick disconnect per code to work with Item E above. The State may reject any or all responses in its sole discretion. Additionally, the State may reject a response that: (a) qualifies the offer to provide goods or services as required by this ITB; (b) proposes alternative goods or services unless expressly requested by this ITB; (c) involves collusion, consultation, communication, or agreement among respondents; (d) includes information the respondent knew or should have known was materially incorrect; or (e) does not comply with the terms, conditions, specifications, or performance requirements of this ITB.
