The Stratton VA Medical Center (VAMC) in Albany, NY is removing exhaust fan EX-10 and the warehouse ductwork. This contract will cover the work of removing the exhaust fan and duct work, installing a new door, then repairing the walls and ceilings. To maximize the project accuracy, the Contractor shall perform a full depth, on-site investigation to fully verify existing conditions. The Contractor shall use the drawings and specifications as their primary basis for construction. The Contractor shall extensively review the document and the rest of this Scope of Work for accuracy and make any appropriate corrections to provide the result, a complete project. The Contractor shall comply with all applicable (VA) design manuals, guides, and codes for design and construction. This procurement will be a 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses. The NAICS code is 236220. The small business standard is $39.5 Million. The estimated cost range is between $100,000 and $250,000. A 20% Bid Bond must be submitted with the bid.
