Demolition and site work for a multi-residential development in Detroit, Michigan. Completed plans call for the demolition of a multi-residential development; and for site work for a multi-residential development.
This project currently has 1 addendum on it, to obtain these please contact the Owner Directly Job Location First Street, Ecorse, MI 48229 Questions are submitted online No Demolition of city owned property within the City of Ecorse consisting of ten (10) properties with an overall project completion deadline of January 31, 2023. Each individual property shall be demolished within thirty (30) days of issuance of a demolition permit from the Ecorse Building Department. Properties will become available for demolition after resident vacancy, utility disconnects, notices and testing procedures are completed. The properties demolished are for a new road to be constructed with engineered backfill consisting of clean and well graded granular sand meeting the requirements of Class II or Class III as identified by the Michigan Department of Transportation to be compacted to a minimum of 95% of the maximum density as determined by ASTM D1557 in uniform layers of not more than 12 inches in thickness.
