Site work for a mixed-use development in La Puente, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The general items of work include removal of the existing block wall on Unruh Avenue between Amar Road and Flynn Street and construction of a new seven (7) foot decorative block wall and pilasters, approximately 600 feet long, that matches the wall on Amar Road. The project also includes removal and reconstruction of the adjacent sidewalk. A 10% Bidder's Bond is required with the Bid. The successful contractor will be required to provide: (1) Liability insurance with City of La Puente as additional insured endorsement; (2) Proof of workman's compensation insurance coverage; (3) 100% Faithful Performance Bond; and, (4) 100% Labor and Material Bond.
