Demolition of the existing cafeteria, weight room buildings, stadium bleachers and select site hardscape. New work features a new cafeteria and weight room building. Weight room building includes new weight room, sports medicine room, office space, restrooms, classroom space and storage. The project also includes new home bleachers, press box, ticket booth, underground utility improvements and site work upgrades. Bids must be submitted on the Bid Form provided by the District and included in the bid documents. Each bid must strictly conform with and be responsive to this Notice Inviting Bids, the Instructions for Bidders, and other Contract Documents. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any irregularities or informalities in any bids or in the bidding. Except as provided in Public Contract Code Section 5100 et seq., no bidder may withdraw a bid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days after the opening of the bids. This Project expenditure is valued at $1 million or more, therefore all Prime Contractors and Subcontractors identified in Public Contract Code (PCC) section 20111.6 must be prequalified.
