Set Aside Status: This procurement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside The NAICS code for this project is 238220 "Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors" w ith a size standard of $16.5 million. This is a competitive Multiple Aw ard Task Order Contract (MATOC) for Mechanical Projects. The solicitation w ill result in not to exceed five (5) Indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity contracts w ithin the MATOC suite. The estimated program value for all task orders placed over the five (5) year ordering period for the resulting contracts is $24,999,999.00 The estimated magnitude of construction for the seed project is betw een $250,000.00 and $500,000.00 The seed project w ill be aw ard concurrent w ith the contract. The time for commencement of w ork and the calendar days allocated for completion of w ork w ill be determined at the task order level. See Section 00800 for further details regarding the ordering process. Performance and Payment Bonds are required at the task order level, if required. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
