Notice Text NOTICE TO BIDDERS Sealed bids will be received by the Chief Financial Officer of the Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District, 3900 Euclid Ave., Cleveland, Ohio 44115, until 1:00 p.m. official local time on the date indicated below. At that time all bids will be opened and read aloud in the Public Meeting Room at the Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District, 3900 Euclid Ave., Cleveland, Ohio 44115. All bids must be submitted on the forms provided to the Chief Financial Officer, from whom detail specifications may be obtained at www.neorsd.org/bids for free bid packages and any addendum updates. Bid File No. RFQ-30591 Resolution No. 209-22 Opening Date: August 8, 2022 Taking bids for a three (3) year requirement contract for Industrial Cleaning Services. The purpose of this bid and the requirement contract(s) that will be awarded following an evaluation of the bids received, is to provide scheduled and emergency Industrial Cleaning Services at the Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer Districts, herein referred to as the "District" Easterly, Southerly, and Westerly Wastewater Treatment Plants (WWTPs), The Contractor will be tasked with the Industrial Cleaning of District assets that accumulate sludge, grit, rags, greases, debris, and other waste material commonly found at wastewater treatment plants. No bid bond nor performance bond is required for this bid. A mandatory pre-bid site inspection will be scheduled for Wednesday, July 27, 2022, at 10:00 am, at the Southerly WWTP see DS-12 within the bid package for more details.
