As of June 20, 2023, no building permit has been issued. Spawglass Contractors is the Construction Manager for the Complete Renovation of the Cedar Hill State Park Camp Loop Project. The Project Includes the Eagle Ford and Shady Ridge Camp Loops Which Includes the Renovations of 160 Camp Sites and 4 New Restroom/shower Buildings. Renovation of 2 existing camp loops (Eagle Ford & Shady Ridge) with a total of 160 camp sites and 4 four new restroom/shower buildings (approx. 2,000 SF each). The Scope of Work for the Eagle Ford and Shady Ridge Camp Loop Repairs Includes, but is Not Limited to, Shoreline Protection; Camp Site Reclamation, Reconfigurations, Renovations and Improvements; Excavation and Fill; Concrete Parking Areas; Removal and Replacement of Four Restroom Buildings, Lift Stations and Force Mains; Remove and Replace Water Lines in Both Camp Loops; Replacement of Secondary Electrical Service and Replacement of a Water Line Along the North Spine Road From the Southern Entrance to Loop. TWE Project No. 21.14.240 (Project 1) PN - 3831.00 The project will come back out for REBID in January, 2023. The current dates for the rebid are: 1st Advertisement 01/03/2023 2nd Advertisement 01/10/2023 Receipt of Bids 01/20/2023 @ 2:00 PM
