Q & A Deadline 07/27/2022 01:00 PM EDT Remarks All questions will be answered on portal If you have any questions please email purchasing@massport.com The Authority intends to enter into one or more Purchase Order(s) for the Scope of Service The term of the Purchase Order(s) for shall be three (3) years with two (2) one (1) year renewal options to extend. The Authority reserves its rights with regard to earlier termination of the Purchase Order in accordance with the terms therein. The Contractor shall perform Maintenance Services on the burner and fuel management systems for the Massport Central Heating Plant at Logan International Airport. These maintenance services shall be performed on a time and materials basis, and shall include the following services: Burner Management Systems - flame scanners, control and flow switches, level controls and fuel safety shut off valves. Flame and annunciation systems. Smoke detection and recording devices. All work will be performed Monday - Friday during normal business hours of 7:00am - 5:00 pm, emergency services may be required and must be approved by the department head. On site training must be provided by the Contractor to Massport personnel and must include training, materials, manuals, service guides, configuration data, technical bulletins, specifications and any application notes. Provision of twenty-four (24) hours, seven (7) days per week service, with a one and one-half (1-1/2) hour response time for emergency requests All travel and related costs must be included in your price quote. The Authority reserves the right to add or remove locations at its sole discretion during the term of the resulting Agreements.
