Expected duration of the contract without the options (in months): 12 By this notice, the Commission scolaire de Montreal (CSDM) invites tenders for the following call for tenders: Title: Inspection, maintenance and repair of elevators Solicitation Number: 15-369P Object of the contract : The purpose of this call for tenders is to retain the services of a contractor recognized as a specialist for: the inspection and maintenance of elevators at a fixed cost;
on-demand repair of elevators at an hourly rate.
For active and surplus CSDM buildings, in accordance with the conditions of this call for tenders. This contractor must hold a license from the Regie du batiment du Quebec 14.1 "Contractor of elevators and hoists", 14.2 "Elevating devices for the disabled" and 14.3 "Other types of lifting devices". In a school context, it is important that none of the employees assigned to this contract have a criminal record related to the environment and the school staff (clause 2.5). Given the current situation, bidders wishing to submit a bid in paper format are requested to report to the CSSDM administrative center on the opening day.
