The Windsor Utilities Commission ("WUC") owns an integrated water supply system that provides treated water to the City of Windsor and the Towns of LaSalle and Tecumseh. ENWIN Utilities Ltd. is the water system operator under contract with the WUC and is acting as the agent for the WUC for this Tender. WUC is seeking to solicit Bids from Bidders for the Ozone Power Supply Unit Upgrades at the AH Weeks Water Treatment Plant in Windsor, Ontario. Work under this Contract includes the supply of all materials, labour and equipment for the Ozone Power Supply Unit Upgrades at the AH Weeks Water Treatment Plant. This section compliments applicable sections of General and Special Information to Tenderers, as well as the General Special Provisions.
