This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by the City of Kingston (the "City") to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Paving and Concrete Services at Kingston Area Recycling Centre, as further described in Part 2 of the RFP Particulars (the "Deliverables"). The City is seeking proposals from qualified proponents to provide complete paving and concrete services at four (4) specific areas at the Kingston Area Recycling Centre (KARC) located at 196 Lappans Lane. Scope of work is to include but not limited to: Saw cutting Removal of existing asphalt Excavating Placing and compacting granular aggregates, Lay asphalt Disassembly and Reassembly of existing compounds Question Deadline 07/29/2022 04:00:00 PM ET
