Site work for a water / sewer project in Georgetown, South Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Construction of 19,240 LF 8 water main, along Choppee Rd, Isaac Dr, Snowden Dr, Peppertree Ln, and Frank Cribb Rd. The construction will also include the installation of service lines and connections to approximately 39 area homes and fire hydrants. This project is being funded in whole or in part by the Community Development Block Grant Program (CDBG). All federal CDBG requirements will apply to the contract. Nine attendees were present in the meeting including six contractors, the engineer manager of GCWSD, Amanda Gill, and two representatives of Waccamaw Regional Council of Governments with the Grant Services Department, Marsha Smith and Imani Jones. During the meeting several questions were asked and this addendum is issued in order to answer those questions for all bidders. Please note that the last day for questions on this project need to be emailed to amandag@gcwsd.com no later than August 19, 2022 at 3:00pm
