Demolition, site work and asbestos abatement for a municipal facility in Union, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; and for asbestos abatement for a municipal facility.
City is seeking sealed bids for the complete demolition & disposal of four (4) structures. Bid amount shall include removal of all construction materials above & below grade for each parcel. Some structures contain asbestos. Lots shall be left clean, free of debris, leveled with clean fill and seeding. All materials from the sites shall be disposed of properly in accordance with all regulations. Air monitoring services for asbestos removal activity are provided. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
