Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Glasgow, West Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Town of Glasgow The Town of Glasgow Sewer Department is seeking sealed bids for the River Valve replacement, approximately 20 feet deep. The project consists of the Removal of old gate valve, install new 10 gate valve sleeve on old with hymaxx, Place stone underneath new valve and pipe, Backfill and rebuild chain link fence, 6 of concrete and 2 of asphalt to repair excavated hole in parking lot. Bids must be clearly marked on an envelope "SEWER VALVE PROJECT BID". The Town of Glasgow reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids. The Town of Glasgow also reserves the right to reduce or eliminate the scope of work once the bids are received.
