Service Area: Cities: Colonial Heights, HopeWell, Petersburg, and City of Richmond. Counties: Charles City, Chesterfield, Dinwiddie, Goochland, Hanover, Henrico, King William, New Kent, Powhatan, and Prince George. All work shall be performed in accordance with the requirements included in the attachment (QQ-Tree Removal Services). Award based on the TOTAL BID AMOUNT. Includes Additive Bid Items The purpose of this quick quote is to obtain quotes from experienced, competent, and properly trained licensed/certified tree removal contractors for removal of trees located adjacent to two (2) dams at the end of Glendale Lane within a Regional Storm Water Management Facility Easement. The trees are denoted in diagram attachment A. All required certifications/licenses shall be provided to the County upon request. Bidders should include copies with their quote response. The Contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, materials, tools, equipment/machinery, fuel, transportation, and incidentals necessary to fell and remove all trees and debris circled in the diagram. The trees are grouped in four (4) separate sections and bid pricing should be provided for each group. Removal of tree stumps is included as Additive Bid Items and will not be the determining factor for the resulting award of contract. The work shall consist of, but not be limited to: All site prep work deemed necessary to complete the work Felling the trees Grinding the stumps to ground level Keep the property and adjacent areas free from accumulations of debris at all times. Removal and proper disposal of all work related debris, leaving the work area cleaned from all rubbish All work shall be completed within 30 calendar days of the contract award.
