Any contract issued as a result of this solicitation may be in effect for up to two (2) years after date of award. Albuquerque Public Schools Maintenance & Operations is requesting bids for an indefinite quantity pricing agreement for Ceiling Tiles and incidental purchases. Scope of Work: This is for the purchase of tiles and supplies only and does not include labor/installation. Orders will be placed on as needed basis. Ceiling tiles must meet ASTM Standards. APS, on occasion, may need to purchase other ceiling tile(s) not specifically listed and APS seeks to establish a percentage (%) discount off manufacturer suggested price list. Regardless of discount(s) received, APS also reserves the right to negotiate a deeper discount in the event of a large quantity purchase or similar circumstance.
